Quote Margins is a free, browser-based margin calculator. You do not create an account, and we do not ask for your name, company, or customer data to use it.

Line items, costs, margins, and totals you enter are processed in your browser. Your browser may store your working quote and display preferences locally on your own device so your work is not lost on refresh. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

To report anonymous audience size to sponsors, we record a per-session visit record containing the page path and a timestamp, and we count concurrent visitors in real time. These records are aggregated and are not tied to a name, email address, or your quote contents.

We use browser local and session storage for app functionality (theme preference, session counting). We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell personal information. Sponsored placements on this site are static creative served by us — sponsors do not place tracking code on the page.

The site is hosted and served by our hosting provider, and anonymous usage counts are stored in a managed database service. These providers process data on our behalf solely to operate the site.

Aggregate usage records are retained only as long as needed for audience reporting. If you have a privacy question or request, email quotemargins@outlook.com and we will respond.
